As a therapist, I’ll freely admit: therapy alone isn’t enough for healing.
It was never meant to be enough.
We need community, we need movement, we need healthcare, I think we need connection with nature, we need family (chosen or biological), we need meaning and purpose.
We need to re-imagine systems that don’t manufacture scarcity and trauma.
We need to shift our culture to prioritize collective care and community care.
Therapy alone isn’t enough. We aren’t meant to heal in a vacuum.
